The path

Level up, one step at a time

Three courses take you from the tech who knows the panel to the person the plant calls first.

  1. Step 01

    Maintenance technician

You know your way around a panel, a meter and a down machine.

  2. Step 02

    Controls troubleshooter

You find the fault in the PLC, the drive or the robot, and fix it the first time.

  3. Step 03

    Subject matter expert

The person the plant calls first, and the one who trains the next tech.

Three courses. One path.

Each course is a complete training manual: a full course of study, a reference you will open again on a breakdown call, and a guide to the platforms you actually have in your plant.

How it works

  1. Choose your course

Pick the manual you need. Buy it once to own it, or subscribe to read them all. Companies can license a manual for the whole team.

  2. Check out securely

Payment runs through Stripe. We never see or store your card. Your account is created from your email and you set your own password.

  3. Log in and learn

Read online on any device. Work the Knowledge Checks and exercises, and your progress saves to your account.

Built for the job, not the brochure

Every manual is written to be studied, and then opened again when something is down and the supervisor is waiting. Safety comes first, and the troubleshooting is something you can use on the floor.

  • Safety first. The PLC manual tells you to read its safety chapter before anything else.
  • Hands-on exercises with worked solutions, so you can check your own work.
  • Knowledge Checks that explain themselves. Every wrong answer has a reason, so a miss teaches you something.
  • An honest assessment. A Final Assessment and a Course Completion Document for your own records, not a certification.
  • Permanent licenses. Buy a manual once, keep it, and get updated editions at no extra cost.

From the author

Erick T. Colunga is an Electronics and CNC Technician with more than 13 years in the trade. Over those years he has worked alongside, and learned from, many tradespeople with more than 20 years of experience.

He wrote these manuals to pass that kind of knowledge on to technicians who already know their way around a panel, a meter and a down machine.

Common questions

Is this a certification?
No, and we are plain about that. The PLC manual ends with a Final Assessment. If you pass, you can print a Course Completion Document for your own records. It says what you know. It is not a certification, and it is not issued by any standards body. Hands-on skill is shown on the skills sign-off sheet in the capstone, signed by someone who watched you do the work.
Who are these courses for?
Maintenance technicians who already know their way around a panel, a meter and a down machine. You do not start from zero. You bring the basics: hand tools, a multimeter and sound electrical skills. The manuals build subject-matter-expert knowledge on top of them. Field experience completes the journey.
Do I buy once, or pay every month?
Both work. Buy a manual once and the license is permanent: updated editions are included at no extra cost, and you may print for your own use. Or take the monthly subscription to read every manual online. The subscription is read-only: no printing, and access ends when it does.
Can my company buy it for everyone?
Yes. A Business License covers any number of employees and contractors of one company for internal training. Each person gets their own login, and the company manages who is on the list.
How do I read it?
In your browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. Log in, open the manual, and your quiz answers and place are saved to your account, so they follow you from device to device.
